Having spent my younger days in a helpful environment surrounded by kind and generous relatives, parents and teachers, it is one of my dreams to return the good deeds back to society. MACST has given me a platform to volunteer for the children who will be the future leaders in the country.
Joining these volunteering activities allowed me to meet with various kindred spirits who are shining in different kinds of light. Their drive and kindness motivate me to be more thoughtful of others and give to society, self-sacrificing if it is needed. Similarly, a child emanates a special kind of light when they smile. This kind of positivity is infectious and will spread to everyone, brightening their day.
Hopefully our volunteering will inspire them to give back to the society too and create a world surrounded with kindness.

The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for. When people asked me why did I start MACST, the reason is as simple as the question. Because I want to make a child smile today.
I lost my childhood friend, Darius when I was 10 years. He passed away due to blood cancer. As I was still young, this tragedy struck me badly as I became a hollow shell of my former self. Eventually, time healed most of the pain. Darius’ passing also showed me my life purpose which was to pursue medicine and help others.
Each and every child that we put a smile on gives me a sense of gratitude, which I am thankful for the opportunities to fulfil my duty to mankind. This self-contentment that I felt as if I can imagine Darius’s smiling face beside each child.
Today, MACST’s family has grown and we are extremely grateful to all the volunteers, supporters, donors for helping us in this journey. Thank you so much and God bless!

As a content edit lover, it’s always my pleasure to be as part of MACST - Make A Child Smile Today, this lovely name that caught my attention and soon decided to become part of it and contribute even with just a little effort.
I love to capture every little precious moment. I could witness more and more beautiful smiles from the kids and people through video recordings or photo shootings, it always feels great to keep all of those sweet moments and compile it together so we could reminisce it in the future and move on!

Hi! The name’s Irfan and I love kids and graphic. I believe through the skills that I have, I could bring out something in terms of graphic to lighten up the children’s days. Graphic is a part of art and art can be conveyed in different ways that could make one happy with the involvement of different colours and shapes. I have been helping the organisation in coming up with different visuals as well in order to engage with the audience as well as raise the awareness about the organisation to the world.
Having a brother who is 11 years younger than me, it can be quite challenging to communicate with him sometimes. After joining "A Day in Wonderland" in 2018, I've come to realise that bonding with children isn't a nightmare after all. With the right skills and a special touch of patience, I soon learned of the joys of spending time with kids. Happiness in children is simply the purest and innocent thing in the world.
MACST has helped me to progressively break through my shy and quiet personality and has taught me a lot about children's behaviour. This experience and exposure have provided me with useful insights that I can apply in my clinical years.
Having a curious instinct, I enjoy exploring different volunteering projects and I also love to spend time with children brightening up their day.
